Automotive Window Tint Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our window tinting services. We take pride in providing high-quality installation and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of window tint film and professional installation services, all sales are final once the installation has been completed. Refunds are generally not provided after service has been performed.
2. Installation Warranty & Corrections
If you experience issues related to installation—such as bubbling, peeling, or lifting of the tint film—please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will inspect the vehicle and, if the issue is due to installation, we will repair or replace the affected tint at no additional cost.
3. Curing Period
After installation, window tint requires a curing period that typically lasts 3–7 days depending on weather conditions. During this time, small water pockets, haze, or slight distortion may appear. These are normal and will disappear as the tint fully cures. This is not considered a defect.
4. Customer Preference
If a customer decides they do not like the shade or appearance of the tint after installation, this does not qualify for a refund. However, we may offer a discounted re-tint service if you wish to change the tint shade.
5. Legal Tint Limits
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they request tint that complies with local laws. If a customer requests a tint darker than the legal limit and later wants it removed or changed, removal or replacement fees may apply.
6. Deposits
Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
7. Pre-Existing Window Conditions
We are not responsible for issues related to pre-existing window damage such as scratches, chips, faulty defrosters, or aftermarket film previously applied. These conditions may affect the final appearance of the tint.
